Are E-centives really free?
Yes, signing up for E-centives is absolutely FREE! Just sign-up and create your preferences to begin receiving E-centives immediately.

How do I sign up?
It only takes a brief minute to sign up! Simply visit E-centives.com/home, enter your e-mail address and choose a password. You'll then be asked to select your preferences on the form provided. Your E-centives preferences will include basic profile information, e-mail options and your shopping interests-all of which you create and control.

This information helps us to personalize E-centives to your unique shopping interests, understand how you'd like to receive your E-centives in the future and get you 'what you want'-great deals on your favorite brands.

Will I receive e-mail?
Every week E-centives scours the Web to find the best deals online and delivers them right to your inbox in one convenient e-mail. You can indicate which e-mail format you prefer (HTML -or- Plain Text) and if you would like to occasionally receive exclusive offers tailored to your shopping interests from E-centives.

After signing up for E-centives you can change your e-mail options at any time by clicking on the E-centives preferences link at the bottom of any e-mail or by visiting E-centives.com/home.

Your shopping interests can be selected from over 14 E-centives categories including Automotive, Baby Stuff, Books, Music & Video, Computers & Electronics, Fashion, Groceries, Health & Beauty, Hobbies, Home & Gardening, Home Office, Pets, Sports & Fitness, Toys and Games, and Travel & Entertainment! You can easily edit your shopping interests at any time.

How can I change my preferences?
You can change and update your preferences (profile, e-mail options and shopping interests) as often as you wish. Click on the "E-centives Preferences" link at the bottom of any e-mail. You may be asked to confirm your password. Simply enter your password and click on the "login" button. When finished you MUST click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page to update your preferences.

How can I update my e-mail address and/or password?
If you have a new e-mail address or would like update your password, simply visit E-centives.com/update and follow the directions. After completing a brief form your account will be updated in minutes.

How do I unsubscribe?
If you believe that you are receiving E-centives Savings Alert in error and/or would like to unsubscribe, simply E-centives.com/webUnsubscribe and follow the directions. You may continue to receive additional e-mail up to 24 hrs. after unsubscribing.

What is "Pass-It-On"?
"Pass-It-On" is a great way to let your friends know about E-centives. When you "Pass-It-On" your friends receive a special one-time sample E-centives Savings Alert e-mail inviting them to join E-centives with the personalized greeting you provided.

What if I lose my password?
If you have forgotten your password visit E-centives.com/update You'll be asked to provide your e-mail address. We'll e-mail a temporary password to you. This should only take a few minutes. You can then return to E-centives.com/update at your convenience to create a new password of your choosing. This process takes only a few minutes and offers an additional level of security.

What if I want to update my e-mail address and/or password?
If you have a new e-mail address or would like update your password, simply visit E-centives.com/update and follow the directions. After completing a brief form your account will be updated in minutes.

How do I enable my computer to accept cookies?
Enabling your computer to accept cookies will allow you to access your E-centives Organizer without having to login. It will also enable you to receive E-centives directly at a merchant's site.

  Netscape Navigator:
1. Go to "Edit" in your menu bar at the top of your browser window. You do not have to be online to enable this preference.
2. Within the Edit area, select "Preferences".
3. Within the Preferences, click on "Advanced" and a new window will open with the preferences.
4. Cookies are one of the preferences. Select "Accept all cookies" and hit OK.
5. Then, go back to E-centives and click on the "Refresh" button. You're all set.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
1. Go to "View" in your menu bar at the top of your browser window.
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
4. Go to the "Cookies" section and click on "Always Accept Cookies".
5. Click on OK.
6. Then, go back to E-centives and click on "Reload".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
1. Go to "Tools" in your menu bar at the top of your browser window.
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Click on the "Security" tab.
4. Click on the "Custom Level" button.
5. Go to the "Cookies" section and click on "Enable" for cookies to be stored.
6. Click on OK in the Custom Level window and in the Internet Options window.
7. Then, go back to E-centives and click on "Reload".

Is there another way to print coupons without downloading your plug-in?
